This week’s prayer requests

- Thank God for being the Rock of our Salvation. Sing songs of praise to Him for He is a great God, a great King above all gods: From Psalm 95:1-3 Let us come to Him with thanksgiving. Let us sing psalms of praise to him. For the Lord is a great God, a great King above all gods.

- Thank God for the community of believers that come each Sunday to worship at Alive and for the freedom to gather.

- Pray for the greeters to continue to be a welcoming first impression and that they will be blessed in their service each week.

- Ask God for direction and guidance in discerning plans for the "dirt lot next door"...that it will be used to glorify Him and bring others to know Christ.

- Thank God for His financial provision for Alive and it's families.

- Ask God to bless the Alive board, Council, and staff and to continue to help them to be cohesive in decision making . Pray that they will be able to organize their time in a way that accomplishes the goals set before them.

- Lift up those recovering from medical procedures, that they will continue to heal well and completely, and that they will be provided for along the way and feel cared about. Ask for God's comfort and calm presence for the members of all their families and friends. Pray specifically for Tim R. as he heals from a stent procedure, for Sherry M., Pat B., Janet B., Chris B., as well as others we are not aware of, or who haven't shared. Ask that they will feel surrounded by the caring prayers of all at Alive as God gives healing and restoration.

- Continue to pray for all those who are grieving the loss of people they love, that God will provide for their needs and bring comfort, strength, and a sense of His life-giving presence.

- Pray that the plans for the mission trip to PA will come together easily and that the trip will work for good for all those who receive as well as the givers of time and effort.

- Continue to pray for all of the missions that Alive is involved with: Florecer, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Campus Ministries, JPS, Love Your Neighbor, Hy5...and that God will bless all those who give of themselves.

- Be always prayerful for our nation and our world. Though changes happen in the blink of an eye, God on the throne is our Constant. Pray that we will live as witnesses to that fact.
