This week’s prayer requests

-Thank God for His faithfulness, for being true to His promises, for His mercies that are new every morning.

-Pray that Alive will be a church that is rooted in Christ and connected to one another, living in obedience and being on mission together. Pray that through us, others will come to know the love of Christ. 

-As the search continues for the Kids Alive Coordinator position, pray for unity, clarity and discernment. Also be in prayer for the person that God has already ordained for this role: that God will prepare their heart and mind for the job ahead of them.

-Pray for the Summer Serve trip team as they leave for Pennsylvania on Sunday. Pray that God will be in the details,for safe travels, health, and protection for each team member. Pray that God will work powerfully through our team; that they will be a blessing and to be blessed in their work and interactions.

-Synod 2026 will be held June 12-18. Be in prayer for Spirit-led discussions and wisdom in decision-making, and for God’s presence to be felt by each delegate as they gather together. Continue to pray for renewal, multiplication and unity in the CRC denomination. 

-Pray for our world and our nation: for the light and truth of Christ to shine in the darkness, for forgiveness and reconciliation, for healing, for peace.
