This week’s prayer requests

In Him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God's grace. Ephesians 1:7

- Praise God for His leading to the team of two Kids Alive coordinators. Thank Him for equipping these women for the work ahead even now!

- Thank God for His covering of the Aliquippa volunteer team a week ago, for blessing them and all those they came into contact with, and for all the Holy Spirit's work in the hearts of those being prepared to receive.

- Thank God for leading the board and council of Alive and ask Him to help them continue to be the strong decision makers they need to be to serve Alive well.

- Pray for all those who are healing from medical procedures and for all those who are waiting for procedures to be done. Ask God to continue to heal Andy VanHouten as he recovers from surgery and for Denise Stam as she waits for more surgery in early July. Ask for complete healing for Janet Boehm's daughter, Jen, after her surgery last Wednesday. Ask for relief from pain for all those who are hurting, whether it be heartache or physical pain or loneliness. Pray for those who are transitioning to new living arrangements and ask God to be their security and safety net. Ask God to show us those who are feeling disconnected and lead us to reach out to them in some way.

- Ask God to protect our pastors and their families from any sort of evil. Ask for energy and inspiration that can only point to God. Ask Him to use them to draw people to the hope of Jesus.

- Pray for Pastor Terry and Sheryl as they prepare for retirement in 2027. May this be a smooth transition, that they will be encouraged and held up, looking ahead to the new things God has prepared for them.

- Ask God to lead Alive as we go through a time of transition, too, and ask that He will guide the team in their search for an additional pastor. Pray for a clear vision and a unity of thought in decision-making. Pray that this time will be one of patience, peace, and trust.

- Pray for protection over all our children as school is out for the summer. Pray also for teachers, that they will be rejuvenated and rested for the new school year ahead.
