This week’s prayer requests

Job 42:1  "I'm convinced:  You (God) can do anything and everything.  Nothing and no one can upset your plans."  (The Message)

- Give praise to our God, the one and only God who knows all, sees all, and loves all of us, no matter what our circumstances.

- Thank God for the gift of His only son, our Jesus.

- Pray that our hearts will be open to inviting someone new to join us in church on Easter morning.  Pray for those who may be searching for a place to worship, and ask God to open their hearts to coming.

- Pray for strength in each family unit.  Ask that there be protection on every side, from the youngest baby to great-grandparents. Ask God to help them build and maintain their families on Jesus, the solid rock.

- Ask God to continue to provide all that is needed for Mel and Linda VanderBie as Mel is now on Hospice care.  Prayer changes everything. Pray that Christ's presence is felt in tangible ways.

Pray for Linda Holt as she convalesces at home after fighting pneumonia in the hospital.  Ask for continued healing and for strength and energy to return.

Ask again for healing for Pat Bryce's brother-in-law, Mark, as he and his family battle cancer.  Pray for hope for all these families. Pray for all those who minister to the needs of those who are suffering in any way...for compassion and stamina.

- Continue to pray for all those who have lost loved ones, for comfort, for friends to come close, and for God to provide all they need.  Pray for Randy and Jill Scholma and their family in the loss of Randy's dad, Hi.  Pray for Trisha Jones and her family in the loss of her dear uncle Tino Reyes.

-  Ask God to assure others who are struggling, that we may be unaware of, of the care and prayers of those around them.  Pray that God will show us who they are and give us the compassion and resources to help.

-  Lift up the churches around the world, who worship in public and in secret.  Ask God to fill the sanctuaries, no matter how big or small, with His presence.  Pray for those working to plant churches for those who are marginalized or persecuted. Pray for a Holy Spirit revival and for renewal.

-  Pray for our country and the world.  Ask God to intervene, bringing peace, making wars cease and with conversations, understanding, and caring prevailing.
