This week’s prayer requests
Psa. 145:3,4 "God is magnificent; he can never be praised enough. There are no boundaries to his greatness. Generation after generation stands in awe of your work; each one tells stories of your mighty acts." (The Message)
- Praise God for his healing power, for his provision in our lives, and for the beauty of his creation around us.
- Thank God for the blessings he has poured upon Alive Ministries, for the growth of Kids Alive, for the growth and health of our faithful leadership, & for all those who volunteer.
- Continue to pray for the generational serve project being planned for this June. Pray that all those who are led to be involved will bring blessings of many kinds to the people they'll serve.
- Ask God for the financial provision that Alive needs to continue to be a community presence that draws people to Christ.
- Pray for our children and young adults; growing up and coming of age in a world with misplaced morals and Godly values. Pray that they will be protected from evil influences and be given a steadfast faith to stand firm in God's truth.
- Keep lifting up prayers for miraculous healing and encouragement for Mel VanderBie in his treatment journey. Pray for Linda as she walks alongside him, driving him to appointments and doing the day to day. Ask God to take away any fear, depression, or exhaustion that may torment either one of them and replace it with holy peace, comfort, strength and hope.
- Pray for Pat Bryce's brother-in-law, Mark, for healing and encouragement as he walks through a pancreatic cancer diagnosis. Pray for his family as they enter the 'new normal' of medical treatments, waiting for results, illness, side-effects, and wondering what's next. Ask God to wrap them in his arms and give them miraculous healing and hope.
- Pray for all those who are entering seasons of transition of any kind, for those who are coping with moves into senior centers, those who are hospitalized, those who need better care, and those who feel alone and frightened. Pray that God will answer all their needs, provide for them in every way, and deliver them from loneliness and fear.
- Thank God for the Lenten season, preparing us for the celebration of His resurrection and the promise of eternal life.
