SPARK AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAM
Spark is an after-school program that is intended to be a support to students, parents, and teachers. Our goals through Spark are to grow character, develop leaders, and build community.
Spark is for students in grades K–6th and takes place at Jamestown Upper Elementary. Our dates this year are Monday through Thursday, 3:30–5 pm, October 22, 2018 through May 20, 2019.
Our needs for the 2018–19 school year are:
1. Volunteers to commit to 90 minutes, one day per week.
2. Volunteers to make birthday cupcakes for our Spark kids.
3. Monetary donations to operate Spark.
To serve at Spark or to donate, email Shana, or call 616.498.1429. For more info, check out the Spark webpage, this great video, or samples of the curriculum.
