Discipleship at Alive

A Disciple of Jesus is someone who...

follows Him

listens to Him

imitates His character

and engages in His work.

We recognize that, since our lives are shaped by the customs and values of the world we live in, it takes some major transformation to live like disciples!

The Apostle Paul said, "Don't copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God's will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect."

Romans 12:2 NLT

At Alive, our goal is to lead people to experience the transforming Presence of Jesus Christ so that they can learn to live like His disciples in this world.

In order to do this, we try to connect each person to a small group where they can grow in their knowledge and experience of Christ.

At Alive we want to help you on your journey as a disciple of Jesus. Part of the way we will help is by providing you with some great resources and tools that you can take and use in your daily life.
